I originally did this drawing without thinking about the words so much. I never really liked the way it worked (see original in scraps - "a penny for your thoughts").
Then one of my da buddies and real world friend, tgau, sent a comment on the original, with the above poem and it fit perfectly! I love the whimsy in the words that correlates with the funky image.
So after a tweak here and there in the image and adding tgau's text I can smile and wiggle like my characters.
